Alicia began her earthly destiny on September 3, 1969 in Washington, DC. She has resided in Winston-Salem, NC most of her life. She is married to the love of her life, Michael Sr. They have 5 wonderful children. She is a faithful active member/leader at St. Peter’s World Outreach Center. Her favorite hobbies are reading and writing. Her passion is developing people to reach their God-given potential through mentoring and motivating. Alicia is the president of a non-profit organization, Destined for Success, Inc., community volunteer, Motivational Coach and entrepreneur. Some of her community involvement includes: She has served on the Mayor’s Task Force, National & Local PTA Board, Stop the Violence Advisory Board, & Crosby Scholars Grade advisor, and a 1999 Black Achiever in Business Award Recipient. She established the Destined for Success Creative Writing Club for young people in 2005. She formerly served as the Vice President of Public Relations for the Charter 37 Toastmasters GMAC Insurance Club-Insuring Success and is a 2007 graduate of Leadership Winston-Salem.
